DML UNIVERSAL SYSTEM · HOW IT WORKS
From the first enquiry to payment, one step at a time.
DML brings client information and work together in a clear process. The features available depend on the plan you choose: start with day-to-day organisation and add quotes and payments when you need them.
Compare plans01 · FIRST CONTACT
Enquiries: capture the details you need
When a new enquiry arrives, record who contacted you, the service they need and the details required to respond. A digital form can collect the initial information; enquiries received through other channels can also be entered.
Benefit: a clear starting point for responding and planning the work.
02 · DAILY WORK
Jobs: follow each task step by step
Link an enquiry to a client and a job. The job keeps the description, service, priority, status, appointment and working notes together. Update its status as work progresses, then find it again through search and calendar.
Benefit: see what is new, in progress and scheduled.
03 · THE CUSTOMER OFFER
Quotes: prepare an offer and track the outcome
In plans that include quotes, prepare an offer from the recorded job, generate a PDF and email it. Its status shows whether it is a draft, sent, accepted or rejected.
Benefit: the offer stays connected to the relevant job when the client replies.
04 · TRACKING INCOME
Payments: see what is still outstanding
In plans that include invoices and payments, record incoming amounts, including partial payments, and check the outstanding balance. Dashboard figures summarise the information recorded in the system.
Benefit: distinguish the expected total, money received and amount still due.
Management PDFs do not replace any legally required electronic invoicing process. We confirm the features included in your chosen plan.
